Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 4:02PM Definitely one of my most favoritest photoshoots ever. These girls were super nice and they were not afraid to get their hands dirty! We were all over the place, tromping through woods, climbing on stuff. Kirk even climbed a tree for one shot.

Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 1:39PM So this is the first blog post with our first musician photo shoot. Cayce Smith of The Absent Light was our first victim musician willing to take a chance on a child photographer totally changing genres. I have to say, it was an absolute pleasure working with Cayce. We went into a couple of shops, and did some really cool street shots. I am very happy with the photos we created!

Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 1:52PM I truely thought this would be the year we didn't get any snow.
I have never been more wrong! We got a foot of snow overnight Tuesday and had to stay home from work yesterday. It was so wet out I didn't want to take my camera outside too much but I did snap a few photos from uner the car port.
Today's drama is no power due to a branch falling on a power line down the street.
The bright side is I can put the food from the fridge in the snow if the power stays off.

Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 4:06PM Happy New year everyone!! I was just going to post these photos of my hard working dog on facebook but I thought I would take this opportunity to blog.
I am such a lucky girl! I love being able to take Boots with me to work. He has become quite the fixture. Customers always ask about him if he is not with me, or if he is sleeping out of sight.
What a face!
I am so excited for the new year! I am possibly taking Feather Photography in a new direction and I can't wait to see the results of our new project.

Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 10:46AM I have been so busy with work and trying to get ready for Christmas, I have had no time for blogging. I am sure there will be something in my New Year's resolutions about that somewhere. We have not decorated the house as much as we usually do, but I am happy with what we do have up. On the bright side, there will be less for us to take down at the end of the year!
